Today we took a trip on the bus to the city of Ambato (45 minutes north of Riobamba) to go to the mall. The main grocery store, MegaMaxi (like a Walmart) is where we do our major grocery shopping to buy things that we cannot buy in Riobamba. Some of the items include: granola bars, peanut butter, dry roasted peanuts, sour cream, Campbell's soup, etc.
The two-story mall has a good variety of stores including a sporting goods store and a toy store. There are only two store names that you would recognize--Payless Shoe and Hallmark. Of course, there is a food court, which we all enjoy! You have your choice between Chinese, Mexican, hamburgers, typical Ecuadorian food, KFC, and Domino's Pizza. We ate KFC for lunch and brought home Domino's for dinner. So when we go to Ambato, the whole family enjoys going to the mall, and of course eating lunch in the food court.

Does the KFC and Domino's taste the same as it does here?
