How do you spell the national sport of Ecuador? That is easy--
S-O-C-C-E-R, soccer, soccer, and more soccer (fútbol in Spanish). Bill took Ashley and Laura to a soccer game to cheer for the local team, C.D. Olmedo. It was a beautiful day at the stadium. Before the start of the game, the kids had a chance to pose for a picture with the team mascot. Olmedo won the game 2-0 defeating Deportivo Quito. Now we are Olmedo fans through and through--GO OLMEDO !!!
