If the Top Chef competition was ever held in Ecuador, pork dishes would be a popular favorite. The dishes made with fried or roasted pork are absolutely delicious. In the photo this lady at the outdoor market is cooking a dish with pork sausages. Although this may look good in pictures, we can personally attest that eating at the market is at your own risk! Needless to say, that you will not bump into any "Health Department" employees.
