Over the last year we have taken several family trips to different areas in Ecuador and have seen quite a few different animals in their natural habitat.
This beautiful macaw was just sitting in a tree in the jungle area, waiting for us to take his picture!

We haven't the foggiest idea what this creature is. We think it might be part of the raccoon family???

We saw these vicuna roaming free on our way up to Mt. Chimborazo. What an amazing sight!

We went to a zoo and had the opportunity to cuddle with this guy. He tried his hardest to bite us, but without any teeth he had no success (for which we are very thankful!)

Tracey, Andrew identified that animal as a coatimundi (coh-a-ti-moon-di). You're right, it is related to the raccoon! Where did you see it?

Just want to make sure which one was the "animal" and which one was Bill -Ha-Ha
