Bill had the opportunity to go to the soccer match in Quito against Uruguay with his co-workers. The place was buzzing with excitement at the beginning of the game because Ecuador had a good chance to qualify for a spot to go to the World Cup with a win. The guys were able to buy tickets outside the stadium. Inside, the stadium was packed and the guys found their "seats" in the third row of standing room only. Ecuador or 'la Tricolor' (meaning "three colors"--yellow, blue, red) lost the game 2-1 on a last minute penalty kick. Ecuador still has a long shot in qualifying but needs to win its last game against Chile and other factors are also involved. The experience was great even if Ecuador lost the game!
